NATURAL SPA DAY

20180209_143458

When traveling for surf staying at hostels use what ever is available to make a steam. I always travel with tea tree oil. Grab green tea and camomile tea bags from complimentary breakfast and add water. Towel overhead.  Make your own coconut oil.

Lounge in the the shade AT A USER-FRIENDLY PLACE FOR A DAY. Sometimes basic is good. And although I love salt a day with out is needed sometimes (or half a day).

Nothing is separate

After visiting Costa Rica Osa Peninsula, and the beauty of the jungle and how all life supports itself, having a local show me how their currency at the end of each bill the plant meets. this just reinforced inclusiveness in yoga in life in teaching in learning and in the world the beauty and simplicity in natures teachings. Also that Eco tourism in Costa Rica is beautiful  I want to take part. It being one of the most biodiversity rich areas of the world, the jungle teaches me that nothing is separate. A friend said this at a hostel I was at. A    reoccurring theme simply.
